Terms and Conditions
The “3 Months Free Property Management Promotion” runs from 13 October 2025 to 31 March 2026 and applies only to selected Canterbury properties (excluding Methven, Ashburton, and Timaru). Eligible purchasers must sign and confirm an Agreement for Sale and Purchase within ten working days, paying the full advertised purchase price. The offer provides three months of free property management through A1 Property Managers Ltd, based on entering a 12-month management agreement. The promotion excludes KiwiBuild, Alliance, and Spring Grove Lifestyle Village properties, as well as purchases introduced by property investment companies. Each purchaser may participate once only, and settlement must occur as per the agreement. The vendor reserves full discretion to amend, withdraw, or determine eligibility for the promotion.
