The Investr Sites are each owned and operated by Investr Limited (“Investr”). These terms apply to any individual or entity who accesses and/or uses the Investr Sites and/or any services available from Investr.

Investr does not provide financial, professional or personal advice
The information and content made available by Investr including through the Investr Sites (“Investr Content”) has been prepared solely for general informational and educational purposes. The information provided by Investr comprises factual information about the cost of acquiring residential investment property and about the procedure for acquiring residential investment property.

Investr Content does not constitute and should not be viewed as legal, tax, investment, financial, real estate or other advice. Investr Content does not take your individual circumstances and financial situation into account.You should seek independent advice as appropriate.

You acknowledge that Investr is not a licensed Financial Advice Provider under the Financial Markets Conducts Act 2013. Should you require financial advice, you should always speak to a licensed Financial Advice Provider. We are happy to put you in touch with an independent licensed Financial Advice Provider to help you with your investment decisions.

Conflicts of interest

Investr is wholly owned by Mike Greer Homes NZ Limited (incorporation number 9323219) (“MGH”). MGH has varying ownership interests in Mike Greer Homes entities throughout New Zealand (“MGH Group”). You acknowledge that Investr Content is aimed at promoting products sold via the MGH Group and if requested will only refer users to residential investment properties for sale by Mike Greer Homes entities.

Investr does not charge you a fee. Investr’s services are paid for by receiving commission payments from MGH Group entities if you chose to purchase a MGH product. Investr does not receive any referral fee or commission from any independent advisors that we may refer to, if you do decide to use their services.

Whether you choose to purchase a MGH Group residential investment property or use an independent advisor that we introduce you to, is entirely your choice.

Social Media

The purpose of our social media activity is to develop customer relationships and foster engagement through information and education sharing.

We adhere to each social media provider’s guidelines and terms of use and remind users that they are held under the same obligations with regards to use and content.

Please be aware that by posting online content there is unlimited potential for people to read your words and view your images. As a result, we suggest that you exercise caution before voluntarily disclosing any personally identifiable information about yourself on any of our social media sites platforms.

Social Media Platform Moderation

Investr makes reasonable efforts to monitor and moderate the participation of visitors to our social media platforms to ensure that contributors stay on topic, are courteous and avoid making offensive comments.

Users are solely responsible for their comments, images, video and/or other content.Such third party content is the sole responsibility of the person originating the material. Investr does not control and is not responsible for third-party material.

By posting to our Social Media Platforms you acknowledge and agree that your conduct, and anything that you post or upload is your sole responsibility.

By submitting content to any of Investr’s Social Media Platforms, you understand and acknowledge that this information is available to the public, and that Investr may use this information for internal and external promotional purposes. Please note that other participants may use your posted information beyond the control of Investr.

While Investr makes reasonable efforts to monitor and/or moderate content posted on its social media platforms, we do not moderate all comments and cannot always respond in a timely manner to online requests for information.

Investr reserves the right to remove any post, comment or other content if necessary at it's own discretion and without notice. Comments/content including but not limited to the following may be deleted or edited by the moderators:

  • Harassing, threatening, and abusive language
  • Individual or group attacks
  • Derogatory, unprofessional, or disrespectful language
  • Content that is harmful to minors, obscene, objectionable, or in violation of any New Zealand law
  • Infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
  • Off-topic and redundant comments (this includes promotion of events, groups, pages, Web sites, organisations and programs not related to or affiliated with Investr)
  • Comments that use foul language or “hate speech” (for example, including but not limited to racial, ethnic or gender slurs)
  • Personal attacks or defamatory statements or comments
  • Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional materials (including sweepstakes or multi-level marketing offers)
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Spam, self-promotion, or direct sales pitches

In addition, the following actions/content are unacceptable and will be removed/actioned accordingly:

  • Compiling commercial, political, or charitable mailing lists or facilitating the transmission of spam, junk mail, chain letters, or obscene or profane content;
  • Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including contact details or providing (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of our Social Media Platforms;
  • Uploading files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another;
  • Falsifying or deleting any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
